Has anyone heard about a little girl being found wondering around Black Diamond/Walmart intersection in BSG yesterday with her hands tied together with zip-ties? It would have been around 7 am or so.

I haven't seen anything in any of the papers, but I did hear that on Monday evening while in BSG. She was supposedly found by police near the black diamond/subway with her hands tied up with those zipties. That is what a bus driver from BSG was saying.
